Vision Doeve Brokers

Former inland waterway cargo ship that was ultimately converted into a sailing Heritage Dutch Barge after she left the commercial shipping. The owners have sailed extensively in the past, to France but also on the Baltic Sea. The glued mast and the sails are from around 2010 and have only been outside and used for 3 seasons. The leeboard control is very simple by using a manual hydraulic system. The open cockpit makes her a very easy to sail sailing yacht, whereby the helmsman/woman has a good overview when sailing or motoring. The engine was replaced in 2016 for a new Solé diesel. This classic Dutch Barge is a beautifully lined Tjalk with an easy to lower mast, which makes a very large sailing area available, in the Netherlands but also far beyond.
