Live Aboard Dutch Tjalk 21.70
Vision Doeve Brokers
Former inland cargo vessel that first as a sailing ship transported cargo and later has been equipped with an auxiliary engine to transport freight over inland waterways. In 1967 she was converted into a motor pleasure craft and eventually became a houseboat in Amsterdam. The wheelhouse is the entrance to the houseboat with a staircase to the front. This staircase is removable which provides access to the utility room / storage room from where you can reach the aft cabin which is equipped with a double bed. From the aforementioned staircase to the front you enter the hallway with the bathroom on the port side and further forward is the spacious living room with open kitchen. In the foreship is the owner's cabin with a double bed. The hatch cover is equipped with an ecological roof. In our eyes an excellent houseboat if someone is looking for a temporarily habitable houseboat or perhaps wants to replace another houseboat for not too much money. There is no mooring available at this houseboat.
