Vision Doeve Brokers

Former inland cargo vessel of the type Luxe Motor, originally built by Shipyard Fikkers in Muntendam (NL). This Dutch Barge combines classic lines with practical modifications, offering comfortable live aboard accommodation and recreational cruising on the European inland waterways. Measuring 31.65 metres in length and 5.06 metres in beam, she offers generous living space, both below deck and on deck. Powered by a Volvo Penta main engine and fitted with a proportional bow thruster, this Luxe Motor offers excellent maneuverability. The interior is suitable for permanent residence, with, among other things, two cabins, two bathrooms, a spacious salon with open galley, a washing machine and even a bathtub. The functional interior finish includes, among other things, an oak floor and various heating systems (diesel stoves, wood stove, infrared panels). Sufficient headroom is available throughout. A beautifully lined live aboard cruising vessel, combining charm, comfort and certification – ideal for water enthusiasts who wants to both navigation and habitation. The vessel has become available as the current owners, after many years of travelling and living on board with pleasure, are relocating ashore due to their advanced age. The current residential mooring may be acquired at additional cost.
