Dutch Barge Motorclipper 28.00 with certificate
Vision Doeve Brokers
Former sailing inland waterway cargo ship that has been converted into a motor ship a long time ago and has been in the same family for approximately 70 years. The owners have transported freight with it and eventually converted this Dutch Barge into a support ship for Skûtsjesilen. The seller already has spars and other necessary parts in his possession to be able to get her under sail again. These still need to be made to measure and installed and can be taken over too. The conversion of the hold has been carried out in an unique way with a polycarbonate hatch cover and flooring. The installed walls are made of plywood. The generator is located in the front, further back there are 4 cabins each with a bunk bed and washbasin with cold water, 2 cabins each with a double bed and washbasin with cold water and the salon with simple kitchen and stairs to deck. The wheelhouse gives access to the aft cabin with an old galley and a cabin with 2 berths. In our eyes a good Dutch Barge that a new owner can build according to his own ideas and use as a motor or sailing ship for habitation or as a pleasure craft.
