Vision Doeve Brokers

Former inland cargo ship for the transport of probably building materials, that has been converted into a sailing houseboat / live aboard barge. The ship has been largely renovated, but the project is not completely finished yet and is certainly not at a standstill. A large part of the work that still needs to be carried out concerns painting the outside and will be done as soon as possible. The interior is ready except of a few minor things. The layout from front to back is as follows: a cabin with a double bed, salon, galley, bathroom with shower, cabin with 2x single beds under the wheelhouse, a spacious wheelhouse with seating area. Through the French doors of the wheelhouse you reach a very spacious aft deck with a length of approximately 5.50 meters. The ship is largely insulated. Even the floor has not been forgotten to insulate. You have a large sailing area at your disposal due to her shallow draft. If you are looking for a former cargo ship with character, suitable for a long stay on board and that also offers plenty of space outside, then this vessel will certainly appeal to you.
