Former inland cargo ship that has been built specially for traveling to and in France; she has been refurbished into a Sailing Live aboard barge with workshop / atelier. This Spits, built in the Netherlands, has a steel flooring in the hold. The aft cabin is completely autonomous from the living in the hold and may be rented out separately. In the hold there is a vide that is in use as the owners cabin and further there is also the salon, galley, an unused cabin, bathroom, atelier, workshop, front cabin and forward engine room with in there the generator and the 360 degree rotating bow thruster. A deck house has been placed midships that can be removed if the barge will sail. A new owner has a lot of possibilities for further alteration to make it their own.
