Luxury motoryacht with flybridge that has been completely rebuilt for permanent living on board. The current owners have carried out a complete refit that has been completed in 2014. The original layout has been changed by today's standards. The interior has been completely replaced and the electrical system is renewed and equipped with new equipment. All decks have a special resin coating layer. Below deck is the forward cabin with bunk bed and office. Followed by the galley with dinette and owners cabin with en-suite bathroom. The staircase opposite the galley leads to the wheelhouse annex salon. From the salon you can go below deck to the aft cabin, the toilet and the engineroom. From the salon you can also go to the spacious aft deck with stairs to the flybridge. The combi boiler is used for the central heating and hot water and the generator for power supply. A wonderful yacht suitable for a long or permanent stay on board but also for cruising.
