This ketch rigged sailing yacht needs no introduction for many people. She is designed for long distance sailing and in our opinion also the perfect sailing yacht to explore the world. The center cockpit is ideal for at sea and it also increases safety on board. She does have some overdue maintenance, some of it is of a cosmetic nature, but there are also other points that require attention. For example, two deck hatches need to be replaced. You do not have to buy these because the new deck hatches are already present. There are also many spare parts available. The mainsail, genoa and mizzen were purchased not so long ago (2021) and have hardly been used. The owner's cabin with the en suite bathroom is located in the stern. Midships is the salon, galley and navigation area. The bow has two guest cabins and a bathroom. The guest cabin with bunk bed is currently in use as a storage area for tools and parts. In our opinion, this is a great opportunity to acquire such a sailing yacht for this price.
