Vision Doeve Brokers

Former inland cargo barge owned by the 2nd owners family. The current owner has used the vessel professionally and subsequently lived on board for many years. In 1953, the ship was extended from 28.21 meters to her current size, with the sheer very well preserved. The front cabin is intact and equipped with 2 berths. The forward engine room is very nice and equipped with 3 generators and a 360 degree rotating bow thruster. There are many materials in the hold, but the hold will be delivered almost empty. The galley is located in the “Teahouse” and can be reached from the wheelhouse. From the wheelhouse to the rear in the aft cabin there are a toiletroom, salon, bathroom and the owner's cabin. There is a possibility to obtain a very quiet official mooring in Belgium less than 1 hour's drive from Turnhout in Belgium or Eindhoven, Tilburg or Breda in The Netherlands. In our eyes a very interesting Cruising Houseboat with a lot of possibilities to design the ship according to your own wishes.
